Work with a Care Team to get a personalized plan and use tools to track and monitor your progress. Access clinical specialists, pharmacists, diabetes care specialists, and registered dietitians. They will help you implement habits that help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. 9amHealth also provides you with medical devices like connected scales, blood glucose meters, test strips and blood pressure monitors to track and monitor your progress.
IMPACT Program
The IMPACT Cancer Care Program provides company-paid personalized support and resources for colleagues and dependents facing a cancer diagnosis or with a family history of cancer. Services include access to IMPACT Navigators, who serve as a single point of contact to answer questions and provide general guidance, education about cancer risks and when to consider genetic testing, referrals to expert medical second opinions and more.
