Thermo Fisher pays for the services noted under each Band above. If you wish to purchase more comprehensive services, you can do so as follows:
- Executives in Band 11 can buy up the services noted for Bands 12 and 13
- Executives in Band 12 can buy up Band 13 tax services
The IRS requires you to pay taxes on the value of the employer-provided financial services you enroll in. The value of this coverage, called imputed income, will be included in your wages on a pro-rated basis.
